The “staged” bomb threat in that Room 400, top floor of City Hall on June 29th, you had to be there. I was not present enough to just get out my cell phone, and document the event as it unfolded. The Mayor looked like a cat that just ate a bird in public. He so knew he had just committed a felony. Perjury is a felony. Mayor Lee is a well studied liar. The man lies so much he can’t keep his stories straight. His favorite excuse is to just use (over and over) that Ronald Reagan cliché “I can’t remember” comment, just like a broken record. At the October 9th Board of Supervisors hearing on whether to remove elected Sheriff Mirkarimi, Rose Pak and Willie Brown needed votes, Supervisor’s votes, to get the perjury charges against the Mayor - dropped - removed - sealed. The Mayor’s team: Christine Olague (D5) and Jane Kim (D6) delivered those votes to shield our “Lying Mayor Lee." If your coup against the will of the voters failed on October 9th, unlike your many successful counts of felony election fraud, which you committed in the fall of 2011, then saving your own Administration as Mayor, may actually be more real and much more important than your failed attempt to ruin elected Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi’s political career. All of San Francisco knows the score in the Mirkarimi coup: Ross: 1 & Lee: 0.Let’s return to the perjury. As the Mayor began to commit his felonies, the SFPD whispered in his ear. The Mayor never asked for permission to split the witness stand. Lee was under oath, in a witness stand, in a court format hearing, there on SFGov TV, where Rose Pak, Willie Brown, Steve Kava, and everyone else in San Francisco watched on Cable TV. Lee was under oath. John Saint Croix, the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission took his personal call on his personal cell phone, which came in right on schedule, direct from the Mayor’s Acting Sheriff, Vicky Hennessey. The Mayor’s Acting Sheriff told Saint Croix on that call to clear the room. This is not the Sheriff’s Department Protocol, all the City Hall Guardians train on. Ask Sheriff Mirkarimi. He can verify this. Saint Croix later told both the KCBS Radio reporter and I of that fact. The KCBS Radio Reporter and I and SF Sheriff Officer Sane were there in the Room 400. KCBS had left but returned when she saw I was not leaving. The Sheriff is who empties rooms at City Hall, not some "Commission.” Saint Croix said the personal call came from Acting Sheriff Hennessey. So, when Vicky called, John Saint Croix calmly got up, and walked before the cameras. Saint Croix walked up behind the Judges’ Bench, and bent over Ben Hur’s right ear, and whispered that the testimony was over, and Hur was to clear the room. We will have to put them both under oath. Regardless, Hur complied. The problem for Mayor Lee is that the Sheriff is required to clear City Hall on a credible bomb threat. The Mayor did not do that, and left us all in danger. What a selfish prick! Not only is Lee a liar, he does not serve the public of San Francisco. If he cared about us, he would have cleared the building. But - he knew he was in on a felony phony bomb threat! When we look at the records, I believe and I am sure the records will evidence a nexus which emanated from Room 200, and clicked into gear about noon, on June 29th, 2012. The only thing that slowed up the whole mess was that the flat footed SFPD line officers stumbled over themselves like keystone cops, who were out of the loop not in on the deal. Think how the Cops must feel, having been set up by their leadership?The SFPD Praetorians’ had whispered into the ear of testifying Mayor Lee - who then paused and just sat there, looking at Ethics Commission Chair - Ben Hur, while Hur was being whispered to by Saint Croix. It was all coordinated Kabuki. I don’t think Hur was in on the “deal.” I wonder how he feels, knowing now that he is just a pawn on Willie’s chessboard. I believe Willie Brown is the Kingpin Racketeer in this whole organized crime theater. Willie Brown tried to shake me down for $500,000 in the spring of 2001. I have tasted his felonies personally. Ben Hur “adjourned” the friday June 29th meeting at 1:03 p.m. The minutes read that the meeting was recessed at 1:08 - but that is a lie. The meeting was adjourned as in over! The Ethics Commission Minutes are marbled with dishonest and wrongful records. We all need to come up to speed, on all the “Sunshine Ordinance” complaints which are currently against John Saint Croix. The man is incredible and unethical. I am surprised he still has a job. Like so many soldiers in the Willie Brown Crime Cartel, Saint Croix is efficient in dis-information, corruption, coverup, and use of both illegal agenda’s and wrongful meeting minutes. Once the whispering was all over, and once Ben Hur hit the gavel to close the testimony, Mayor Lee was already on his feet scurrying out the back of the room. His moves were like an olympic runner who jumped the starters gun. He moved fast, just like a cockroach on the kitchen floor, when you turn on the lights in the middle of the night. Mayor Lee basically ran for, and then out the back door. It went down quicker than a fast walk - and poof! Magic! The Mayor was gone, off to his personal safety chamber, and all the rest of us were left there to blow up. Now that is real public service! No one told us anything. Ask the Newswoman from KCBS Radio. Ask Sheriff Sane.Where did he go? The Mayor hid, two floors down. He hid directly under the Hearing Room 400, in his office Room 200. Later we discovered there was a real bomb threat. If I remember, the bomber was a 6'5" tall Ukrainian Terrorist. Now how did the SFPD knew the bomber was a 6 foot 5 inch tall and Ukrainian from thru the phone line? They must have a new phone cam that allows the Police to look thru the phone lines. My gut tells me the Ukrainian is probably none other than Steve Kava, the Mayor’s Chief of Staff. Maybe Kava was setting up Scott Wiener. Wiener looks 6 feet 5 inches. Who ever staged this bomb threat had to know too much inside information. They had to know all about City Hall; all about Emergency Services & secure internal land lines within the SFPD; they had to know all about “Terrorist Measures” and SFPD Counter Measures and SFPD internal exercises to stage all the pieces.
