“By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail” It’s going to be a long day of yoga and errands. Packing a lunch and snacks ensures that I’ll eat as healthy and as raw (alkaline) as possible.In my lunch bag:BananaPearSalad: Spinach, Kale, Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Balsamic Vinaigrette Veggie Bag: Bell Peppers, Brocolli, Blueberries, Green Onions (to wrap around the Broccoli) Trail Mix: Raw, sprouted Sunflower seeds, Dried Apricots, Dried Cranberries, raw Hazelnuts And of course a liter of water :) This meal is much more affordable than anything remotely healthy that I could get on the go.
