Stop eating crap TODAY.Practice yoga in every part of your life including how you eat. Mindful eating will lead to a pure body and mind. But remember this too is a practice. If you mess up and eat something you shouldn’t have, don’t judge yourself, don’t cling onto it, just move on and continue to eat mindfully and consciously. Choose foods that are nutrient dense, naturally colorful, and maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Can you go without CRAP for a week straight? How about a month?
