31 weeks yesterday/ 6-9 weeks to go! Baby Gabriella is very expressive in her movements and very much up front and center ☺️. I don’t remember Xander deliberately trying to stick out all the time. He was pretty low key. Gabi and I had our visit with Dr. Sawyer last Friday, and all is well! The good Lord has blessed us with perfect health. So far I’ve gained 27lbs, and it’s all baby. People say “You’re so tiny,” and I’m just like . Of course I don’t feel I am, but whatevs. I’ve been doing a bit more coaching/ teaching than usual, and my hips hate it. They are extremely sore and so it becomes increasingly difficult to do simple things like sitting and standing. C'est la vie enceinte These days, more than ever before in my life, I am in the Good Lord’s word every day and night. I seek only spiritual counsel with the tough situations and discouragement I face. And you know something? As tough as it may seem sometimes, I believe that these hard times we all are subject to in this life will be used for good. There are lessons in all of them. The Creator’s message this week has been to rise above discouragement by taking care of ourselves not physically but spiritually also. Physically, it is important to eat well, hydrate, sleep well, and to be active. Spiritually it’s no different. We must consistently keep ourselves nourished, hydrated, active and rested in His word/ good Karma/ whatever you wanna call it. Always do the right thing, remain truly blameless. These practices must be consistent. You cannot survive off of what you ate and drank or how much you slept last week or last year. Take care of your body, take care of your heart. You get one in this life and not one of us is exempt from adversity. Lifting you all in prayer always friends and fam ❤️❤️ #babygabriellalourdes #blessed #bigbrotherxander #godfirst -- source link
