Sleep well on your mossbed, little baby… During the heat wave the dormice in the cabin apparently started casting out their young due to the lack of food. We tried to get them back into the nest, but their parents would simply throw them out again. This little fellow didn’t made it, but we managed to keep it’s sibling alive and took it to a squirrel rescue station that also takes care of dormice. -- source link
