cycleboredom: ✖️ Railing Turns, Sprinting Out . What would you like to improve this season? One thing that’s always on my “Get Better List” is sprinting out of turns. I love and excel at turns, for the most part, but I’ve never had the fitness to get out of the saddle and get back up to the speed I entered the turn at. I know that’s more fitness than skills based but it’s still something I’d like to be able to do. I also need to really focus on pedaling through as many turns as possible. .
