bollydastaan: I’m not from an artistically infused background…I didn’t have a painter or a musician in my family. Movies and music were kind of taboo. My father was a judgmental kind of person…of course he wasn’t the khuda maaf nahi karega types, but he wanted me to do something with my life. Become a doctor or a businessman, something with stability. We were hit with an economic crisis growing up. But of course, if all turned out well. Sadaf and I look back and can’t believe how life has changed for us. God does things in mysterious ways. -- source link
