karlapowellmua: Amazing Inspiring Make-up Art by Make-up Artist Valeriya Kutsan I only feature really inspiring make-up artists that catch my eye on my blog and today Valeriya Kutsan did that with her amazing Mickey Mouse, Chanel and a recycling signs with Bizarre shapes created on models’ faces using only black and white paint for 15 pieces for her Weird Beauty series. Valeriya Kutsan’s stunning designs prove that creating unique work as a make-up artist with original ideas under your belt will get your work out there! (And not copying what other artists are doing) The reason this series caught my eye was because it’s something I am doing similar with photographer Rich Hinton- However my make-up and hair designs are inspired by food, so I know how important a project is and getting it out there which I have been doing the last 2 years and has most certainly got my work noticed. The images are collaboration between the artist and photographer Alexander Khokhlov, who named the series Weird Beauty. Russian photographer Alexander Khokhlov, 28, said: ‘Valeriya Kutsan, the make-up artist, and I wanted to make different monochromatic face arts for the new year calendar.
