charlottewinslowfitness: charlottewinslowfitness: getting to a really good place with my body ♡ binging is something I’ve always emotionally done because of feeling sad and I’m really proud to say I’m moving past that. I’ve been skinny for a long time so many might not realize i have dealt with binging, but i would overeat so much to the point I’m so bloated and stuffed. I wouldn’t gain weight since the food is plantbased and mainly healthy, but it made me feel so awful physically and really took a toll on my mood and also on my endurance. I couldn’t workout properly because i was always overly stuffed. I have started antidepressants last month for my depression & anxiety and I’m feeling so much better ♡ idk if I want to do a video about personal issues as such since it is something so personal to me but I did want to make an Instagram post x I love u guys and want u to know you’re not alone!
