DIY Iridescent Cellophane and Fused Bubble Wrap Bracelet Tutorial by Epbot here. *I posted Epbot’s original fused bubble wrap tutorial here. *I can’t remember where I got my sheets of iridescent cellophane, but I used it in sandwiched between plastic and tissue paper for clutches/ID holders etc… and I’ve got to say that it looks much better in person (I was never able to really capture it in product photos). -- source link
