It’s kind of weird to me that there’s so much disdain for the traditional cooking methods – on the one hand I kind of get it because he talks about weed’s PR problem, and how you can’t really measure the THC in the pot you buy (which…is really not super true anyway, it’s fairly easy to know good weed from bad weed at the level you’d need for cooking) but there’s at least three generations of pot cooks who have passed on knowledge and shared their experiences with others in an underground situation that relied heavily on apprenticeship and experimentation. I should think there’d be at least a little bit of interest in learning at their knee before asserting that we should elevate beyond brownies. -- source link
