This man is Teuvo Hakkarainen and he is a member of the Finnish parliament. Recently he got drunk and wandered into a night club he was unaware was owned by the biker gang Bandidos. There he tried to buy sex from two women who as it later turned out were not prostitutes. The next morning he went to parliament unaware that he was still drunk.
