iylshowcase: If You Leave is proud to present the 2015/2016 IYL Berlin Showcase - an exhibition revealing a multitude of talent in contemporary photography from around the globe.The showcase will open on 29th April alongside Gallery Weekend and run for three weeks until the 22nd of May. We have collaborated with 20 venues in and around Berlin to co-curate and exhibit a diverse body of photographic talent and promote the young artists involved. The photographs selected for the showcase examine the mysterious and serene human feelings of desolation and loneliness, which unify us the world over. The images offer an individual view that is often shared by many both emotionally and literally through the digital and analogue world we inhabit.The shortlisted artists can be found here.We will soon update the 20 venues for the Berlin Art Trail. -- source link
