rayheath: Monday August 13th Today’s routine started early with my morning abs & cardio session after meal 1. Pop a Synedrex roughly 15-30 minutes before hand along with a cup of coffee and I’m good to go! A few hours later and I’m back at the gym ready to crush legs. Energy is still pretty decent even with taking the Synedrex so early. But because I want the most intense work out possible I usually pop a 200mg caffeine tablet for an extra kick. I do this because I know my body can handle it and I wouldn’t recommend to everyone who’s tolerance to caffeine or stimulants isn’t as high. Im not a huge pre work out fan never really have been, not that I don’t like them or think they don’t work or even ever use them, I just prefer caffeine tabs. As my work out begins I sip on water mixed with Mio and in a shaker bottle I have a mix of BCAA and T.A.G. For post work today I had a meal of chicken and white rice, trying to eat as much whole food as possible. I continue drinking my BCAA’s and T.A.G. to aid with the recovery process and usually drink it through the rest of the night. Thats what my supps looked like for today’s work out. Not going to lie as I’m writing this blog I am partially falling a sleep after Cardio, a BIG Leg Day, then straight to teaching a Bootcamp and then training a few clients I’m pretty wiped!
