Short sleeve evening bodice with open neck trimmed in pleated ribbon, white net and velvet ribbon, both bodices cut straight at waist. Voluminous trained skirt with large pleats, off center front closure, unlined, hem with deep stiffened backing below hooks & eyes to raise hemline by 3-4 inches. -- source link
