Jars of homemade chicken stock, one of my regular kitchen staples, made by simmering lots of chicken bones (which I accumulate in the freezer) overnight with onion and ginger. Seasoned, finished and jarred in the morning for countless uses. Such as: a soothing bowl of noodle soup with dofu, bok choy, corn.
