silveryinkystar: @kenobi-source event 03: favorite dynamic || Obi-Wan and Mace Windu[ID: Six gifs from The Clone Wars featuring Obi-Wan Kenobi and Mace Windu. The first three gifs are taken from the episode “Children of the Force”, and therefore Obi-Wan has his early armour consisting of shoulder pauldrons, a chest plate, and bracers covering his arms. The final three gifs are from the season 7 episode “Unfinished business”, featuring no armour about the Jedi.1: Obi-Wan and Mace stand in the hangar bay of a ship facing Anakin, as Ahsoka walks up behind them. Anakin speaks with a serious look on his face, and Obi-Wan has a hand raised to his beard. Obi-Wan grins slyly at Mace, who shrugs a little.2: Mace and Obi-Wan stand back-to-back in a dimly lit room with lasers moving around them. They both have their lightsabers out and block blasterfire that targets them. Behind them, a large, cylindrical machine lowers and spins.3: Mace and Obi-Wan are seated at the cockpit of a ship, turned away from the viewport (towards the camera) to face an unseen speaker. The two of them exchange a concerned look before Mace turns to adjust the ship’s controls, and Obi-Wan watches him, seeming deep in thought.4: Mace and Obi-Wan stand surrounded by a massive amount of battle droids, lightsabers out. Four clone troopers stand facing the droids (away from the camera), with their blasters ready to fire. Mace and Obi-Wan have a quick exchange before they get into ready stances.5: Mace has his hand lifted for better access to his comm unit, and Obi-Wan stands next to him. Two clone troopers rise from where they were previously on the ground, and all of them listen attentively to the message being relayed.6: Obi-Wan stands slightly behind and to the side of Mace as the senior Master speaks to an unseen audience.
