Successfully made some #glutenfree hot cross buns They didnt rise as much as they probably should have, I overcooked one batch, and the crumb is denser than it should be. But they are really yummy and are cooked fully and didn’t fall flat. I needed a success like this after my last attempt at a Swiss Roll and a Chocolate Babka. I was almost ready to give up baking, I felt so discouraged. The only change I made was that I used a mixture of dried blueberries, strawberries and cherries instead of currants.
