This past Friday Fashion East was invited to attend the second annual [PHASE] Emerging Designer Fashion Show. This event showcased the work of fashion design graduates from the Centre for Arts & Technology. Using playful patterns, elegant draping or dramatic hemlines, the class of 2013 did a great job!
