Translations:Luhan Studio 7/21/2016 StatementOn July 19th, 2016 at 12AM, Mr. Lu Han’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment (hereon “SM) regarding contract termination is officially mutually settled.On October 10th, 2014, Mr. Lu Han officially submitted a lawsuit in Seoul Central Court against SM to request a “lawsuit nullification.” After over 8 mediations, Mr. Lu Han and Luhan Studio has been cooperative, finally after lots of hard work in the court with both legal teams, Mr. Lu Han and SM has come to a settlement.Hereon, Mr. Lu Han will follow his current way to freely develop his artist career in China. In the past nearly two years, Mr. Lu Han and Luhan Studio is very thankful toward the Korean law firm and Chinese legal team’s efforts, thankful to all collaborating friends, and customer’s support and understanding.
