The abandoned building itself is quite bizarre but even more bizarre is the fact that there are 12 underground chambers.Oh my dude, it ain’t mysterious! The guy who made it is still alive, I watched a documentary about this place!Daniel Alamsjah had a vision of a dove and a voice that asked him to build a house of worship for the people, the whole place was supposed to be constructed so that when songs/prayers were sung inside they would funnel out through the beak like a speaker and echo out to anyone who could hear it. Those underground chambers were meant to be prayer chambers for peoples of different faiths so everyone could share the church together. Unfortunately it ran out of funding before it could be completed, which is why it was abandoned for a while.However, since then it’s actually become a really popular destination for visitors in the area! It’s no longer abandoned, and it’s been recently renovated! You too can visit the chicken church, and in fact if you do visit, check out the cafe that’s recently opened in the tail end. -- source link
