2019 Movie Diary - 22/365News from Home | Chantal Akerman | 9/10It’s impressive how much can Chantal get from what could be seen as a basic premise. Loved how the letters become more spaced in time and seem to be overcome by the sound of the city. I’m currently living in another country away from home and not only the nature of the exchanges are spot on, but I relate very much to the feeling of strangeness and indirect hostility of a new unknown city. -- source link
