The day after I made the cauliflower fritters, I wanted to use up some of the leftover yogurt and pomegranate seeds, so I found this recipe on epicurious: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Turkish-Spiced-Chicken-Kebabs-with-Pomegranate-Relish-and-Tahini-Yogurt-362935#ixzz2I97F2M00 It wasn’t the hugest success in the world, but that was definitely user error - I didn’t have all the right spices for the yogurt, and I completely goofed up on the proportions for the ones I did. Oops! It was still pretty tasty with the flatbread though, and the pomegranate relish was AMAZING. Whether or not I make that yogurt and chicken again, that relish recipe is a keeper! I’ll copy and paste just that part here from epicurious for easy reference: Pomegranate relish: 1 ¼ cups pomegranate seeds 2/3 cup shelled unsalted natural pistachios, coarsely chopped 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh Italian parsley 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil 2 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice -- source link
