QUINOA BREAKFAST BARS Ingredients: 1/3 Agave Syrup ¼ cup Maple syrup ¼ cup coconut oil 1/3 cup Hazlenut spread (unsweetened, organic) 1 cup Almonds 1 cup Pecans 1/3 cup Walnuts ½ cup of coconut flakes, unsweetened 2 cup quinoa flakes 1/3 cup flax seeds 1/3 cup Chia seeds Method: Whizz nuts in the food processor until you have small chunks (not a powder) In a large bowl add the nuts, quinoa, coconut flakes, flax and chia seeds. In a bowl add the Agave, Maple syrups, coconut oil, Hazlenut spread and microwave until the solid coconut oil melts. Pour it into the dry ingredients and mix. In a shallow baking pan with baking paper spread out the mixture evenly and bake until golden brown and crisp on the edges. Let it cool, cut it and enjoy!
