what is the motivation behind doing what you do? is it for the money? the recognition? the status? the fame? or is it because you want to help people? is it for a greater good? what is your intention? it seems that spirit is asking us to reflect on what we want and why want it. it also seems that we’re being asked to realize that what we want might not immediately come to us in the way we desire. maybe it requires a little more elbow grease than we expected. maybe it requires a little more commitment & determination. if we’re expecting instant gratification, then we’ve already lost. if we’re placing more value on the physical or the material impacts of this task than on the emotional or spiritual impacts, now would be a time to bring awareness to that & recenter ourselves & remind ourselves why we do what we do.
