Oh hey, I am alive and back!And to introduce me back into the fitness family, I am sharing my meals for today.Breakfast: home-made granola with soy milk and grapesLunch: veggie bowl (brown rice, rocket, red beans, red onion, tomatoes, green olives, cucumber and a peanut-butter/tamari sauce)Dinner: Veggie soup with hemp and black sesame seeds and a handful of roasted chestnuts I went for a 3km walk yesterday followed by a 20 min pilates/yoga class and exercises for my back (yes, I am that old already!)Wishing everyone a great day! -- source link
