When Jimmy gets the bad news, he falls victim to Broken Heart Syndrome and nearly dies. He’s saved though when an emergency heart surgery places Stan’s heart into Jimmy’s chest. Now a ghost, Stan lingers around his poor, lonely friend, wishing he could see him. Thankfully, two weeks after Stan’s funeral, Jimmy is finally able to see Stan, and they reunite. —-Going to be making more of this AU soon.
