Egyptian Religious CalendarToday 25 July 2019 - XXIV day of Ipet-Hemet, the eleventh month of the Egyptian Lunar Calendar (in the CDXX Great Year of Ra according to the Egyptian Civil Calendar).A reminder for the next days: the Epagomenal Days and the Heliacal Rising of Sothis/Sirius are approaching!August 1 2019 is the day of the Heliacal Rising of Sothis, and the five days preceding it (July 27-28-29-30-31 2019) are the Epagomenal Days dedicated to the celebrations for the birth of the Divine Sons of the Goddess Nut (Osiris, Horus the Ancient, Seth, Isis, and Nephthys).
