sinnamonrollpetricca: Been gone forever but here’s a spell to quit overthinking. Temporary fix for overthinkers, people with anxiety or BPD, depression, obsessive thoughts. SPELL TO STOP OVERTHINKING Best performed just prior to a new task. Ingredients - paper - writing implement - amethyst/quartz can be worn/used Method 1) List one or more obsessive thoughts. Beneath those, draw a pause button. 2) Under the pause button, I like to write my intention: “As I press pause, I become present.” This is important; you can’t just get rid of thoughts, you need to replace them. That’s kind of how overthinking works. The best way to reset this is to focus only on the present for a while. 3) Press pause and fold the paper, putting it away for later. After your task, your mind should be fresh enough for you to reread your thoughts and decide if they’re still useful. If they’re not, throw out or burn the paper.
