I meant to make this post this morning, and then kept putting it off, and now this picture is already out of date, but… ♂️ I like this picture, and honestly it’s a good snapshot of me being genuinely happy today.My insomnia is at a high again – losing multiple sleeps a week. Hoping a couple changes will fix that – but it meant I got to spend the night talking with my partner, who sleeps about as little as I do. They calm my head. And if you know me, you know how rare that is!That, plus spending a bit of extra time this morning to give my hair and beard a trim, and go through a full skincare routine?
