elevenfortystudy: Monday 27 July | I use my journal to help combat my anxiety; keeping lists, daily plans etc all together helps keep me calm. At the moment my current system isnt helping, so I’m testing two new ways for a week to see if either of them help. Such an unproductive day, but I have my pear, kiwi and green apple drink to boost me up. Also my LOST notes so I can keep up.
