The winner of this giveaway will get an Eeveelution necklace of their choice, including our brand new Sylveon necklace in honor of the brand new Eeveelution featured in Pokemon X/Y. The necklace will be on a plain chain 18” long! (Visit our shop to see the Eeveelutions listed to get a good idea of it.) Here are the rules! 1.
