feministsforfacials: boundsilence: In the episode “Caught by the Killer” in the cop drama “The Bill,” Sally Rogers finds herself waking up bound and gagged in a bath tub. With a very nice wraparound tape gag, and some tape around her wrists and ankles, she manages to wriggle her way out of the tub and on to the floor, only to be caught in the act by her captor. After a bit of conversation between the two, the kidnapper has had enough, and wraps another layer of black tape over Rogers’ mouth.
