farannir: but if the Lasso way is wrong, it’s hard to imagine being right. ted lasso (2020 - ) Ted Lasso is the wholesome, feel-good show we needed this year. I was very skeptical going in because it was based in a series of promotional sketches for NBC Sports and stretching that into a whole show seemed questionable. Honestly, it had no right to be as good as it actually turned out. Ted is basically a human SpongeBob (from the early seasons). He’s almost annoyingly positive, but it’s impossible not to love him. My soul actually feels cleaner after watching it. -- source link
