On Saturday night (10/15/2011) after Nelson Cruz of the Rangers hit his 6th home run of the ALCS, I commented on my Facebook (perhaps prematurely) that he is the new “Mr. October.” A Yankee fan / coworker of mine fired back that Cruz can’t even be compared to Reggie Jackson. Oh, but I can, and did compare them - and the statistics show they are pretty remarkably similar players. Judge for yourself. -- source link
