Safety reminder: I’m the queen of TMI. I know. I choked on this gag actually, got sick. No you don’t (get to) see it happen! Yes it was the first time this has happened since I first got tied up in 2006. Sure there have been several close calls. It was a very, very large pair of panties- size 13 ladies I think he said and they were shoved back far when the tight stretchy cleave was applied. It slipped down my throat a bit during some struggling. I thought I had it under control but the overwhelming smell of detergent and fabric softener just consumed me. Anyway Steve was aware of my distress and was fast to remove the gag. I usually have zero problems with gags and he’s tied me up 100x so it would be easy for him to assume that I’m ok and just focus on something else but he was aware. I stayed tied up, the gag was fixed up (same one) and I continued. I am a professional (lol), however it was a terrifying reminder that what we do IS serious and it is very important to be totally aware of your gagged subject and ready to remove it quickly should problems arise. You need to understand the persons distress signal. Steve understood mine. Talk it over before a scene or clip just to be sure. Also when you use stuffing put the loose ends of the item towards the front of their mouth so it is less likely for an end to slip down the throat. If you are using a tape wrap gag make a mental note about where you ended the wraps, bend over an end for easy access or don’t smooth it down so tightly that you can’t grab it to start unwinding.ALSO do not wash your gag items with smelly detergents if you are re-using things. It is very overpowering. Personally I use oxyclean and borax on the hot cycle with a load of just gag stuff and no softener because I HATE tasting detergents. Usually I run the machine again on hot with no detergent just to be sure there is no unusual scent/ taste for my models because I know how much it bothers me. I have not consulted with anyone else on how they clean their gag stuffing. I’m about 89% sure I wouldn’t have gotten sick if my mouth and nose hadn’t been completely taken over by Tide & Bounce but you never know. -- source link
