So I promised you all a bit of info on who has been an inspiration in my shooting life and so I want to keep it going with this photo of Cristina Coria, a retired police officer, wounded in the line of duty in a hostage situation on the Santa Monica pier. Almost lost her life, fought hard to keep her arm and then came back to finish off a career as a police officer. Nothing is more inspiring than valor… strong women who know how to fight are an inspiration and help me to be strong!
