Now that I’ve increased the resolution of my renders and am adding more into the background (and am using mesh lights in addition to default area light) my render time has suddenly shot up, but 45 minutes is still very timely for something that looks this good.Will think about increasing sample size though. Iray ran just over 4000 iterations, so I should probably increase the time it takes to hit 100% on the next render, even if I’ve grown a bit fond of the graininess of lower samples. Stylistically I think it just works, but perhaps that’s just convenience talking.In other news, I’m hard at work with building a custom cock for Kayla, and am making considerable headway. Might even be able to share some stuff about that later, even though this is a project that I suspect will take a number of days.
