Say what you want, but smokers are pretty expensive. Filing cabinets? You can find those for dirt cheap in a lot of places (because people have been trying to get off of keeping paper records and file-keeping in favor of cloud storage). And it’s not like they don’t do the trick. Friend of mine used to do this to smoke jerky and salmon. Works just fine. -- source link
