drakestories:a4f101:It was a little weird seeing Coach all dressed up like this, but from the way we kept making eyes at each other across the room at the graduation reception, I knew I’d be seeing him in a whole lot less soonCoach Johnson stood across the banquet room in a nondescript downtown convention hotel, but to Matt Miller it was like he was the only man in the room at the moment. The graduating senior had had a crush on the offensive assistant for the last four years, since that initial August football camp, but even he was surprised by seeing Coach J in a suit. If anything, being dressed up highlighted the coach’s youth and trim body. The age difference was only 11 years, 10 and a half actually, which frustrated the running back to no end. Especially when Coach J had laid down the law a couple of years ago after a postgame hotel room indiscretion. “I’m always telling you guys that rules are rules,” Johnson had said, “well, I gotta live by my own words, Miller,” he’d said somberly after apologizing for letting the late-night blowjob session happen.Matt had wanted to say a million things, to tell Coach he wasn’t sorry in the least, that he wanted more from the coach. But he also knew to keep his mouth shut and act like it was a mistake. Coach J had a job to protect and Matt needed to focus on football and studying. But now, seeing Coach suited up like this, in what Matt could tell was a more laid-back mood…. well that got the player thinking, imagining what could be.Doug Johnson has spent the evening absorbed in conversation with some of the big-money donors and athletic boosters for the university. It was part of the job, and one the handsome 32 year old was good at, but the whole time he kept thinking about Miller’s presence. God, if there was anyone to bring out his bi tendencies in a big way it was hunky Matt Miller. Not the best player on the team, but definitely had the best attitude. Smart, too. 100% all-around great guy. Johnson had beamed when he saw Miller, blue-blazered and looking like a million bucks, saunter up proudly to the dais to accept the award for best Student-Athlete. It wasn’t a surprise to hear that Miller had been accepted to a prestigious B-school and would be be moving to the West Coast in the fall. It did surprise the Coach how emotional he got to the idea of Miller moving away. If the young stud hadn’t been his player, if Johnson hadn’t been talking marriage plans with his girlfriend, well, things might have worked out differently. Johnson wasn’t sure what exactly, but he knew he’d have enjoyed exploring possibilities with the young stud. “Congratulations, Mr. Miller,” an older, well groomed businessman, undoubtedly an alum, said as he stepped up and introduced himself to the running back. “Impressive. Good to see the State team turning out smart talent off the field as well as on.” He shook Matt’s hand and pulled out a business card. “I went to Stanford myself and keep in touch with a few of the faculty. Let me know if you ever need anything.”Matt picked up on a certain sexual vibe from this man as they chatted. Maybe it was the eye contact. Or the way the business dude offered to show him around San Francisco next time he was out for business. The guy was older and not Matt’s type, but Matt sure was enjoying the flattery. If it weren’t for his preoccupation with Coach the whole evening, and his mixed feelings about graduating and moving off, things might be playing out differently. After a few more minutes, the man was congratulating Matt again and taking his leave. The athlete looked at his watch. 9:30. Not late, but he contemplated whether he should go home, slip out of his blazer and hit the town for a drink with his buddies. Only when he looked up he saw Coach J walking toward him. All smiles.“You know I’m proud as fuck of you, right?” he growled as he slipped a fresh cold beer in Matt’s mitt of a hand. “I figured I owed you a drink to congratulate you. First time in two decades a football player’s won that prize you know?”“Thanks, Coach,” Matt smiled contently, happy his evening plans had been rearranged. “You know I guess I always knew I wasn’t going pro so I had to work at a real career in addition to playing ball.”“Well, you got a real head on your shoulders. Not a dummy like your coach…”“Whaddya mean?” Matt answered, the beer opening him up a little around this man. He was normally more reserved and deferential. “You got the best job in the world, and I’m pretty damn sure you got it because of your smarts.”Johnson grinned slyly at the flattery. “Thanks, Miller, that means a lot coming from you. And yeah, it’s the best job in the world. Only…”“What, Coach.”“… you know I sometimes want things I can’t have because of my job.”Matt gulped. In two years it was the first time Coach J had spoken of it, the connection the two had. “Rules are rules?” Matt tossed Coach’s motto back at him. “Something like that,” Johnson sighed. Matt’s voice dropped a little in volume. “You know, Coach, you look really hot in your suit.”Again, Johnson ate up the flattery but now felt a nervousness in the pit of his stomach. Nervous of where his lowered inhibitions were leading him. “You’re not making this easy on me Miller.” Then, softly, “You look pretty handsome in that blazer yourself.”Matt cocked an eyebrow. “You know, now that I’m graduating, I’m no longer your player… You wouldn’t have to break any rules.”“I guess there’s the rule about cheating on my fiancee.”Matt nodded, feeling dejected. “I don’t want to be a homewrecker, Coach, honest.”“You’re not wrecking anything Miller. I just got some stuff I should work through before getting married.” He swiveled the last half-inch of beer remaining in his glass. “I don’t know if you have anything planned tonight, but if you feel like coming over and helping me work through some of my issues, well, I’d feel like the luckiest SOB on the planet.”“Fuck, I wanna kiss you so bad, Coach,” Matt whispered. “Let’s get out of here.”Johnson gave a nervous but happy smile as he set down his glass. “You gonna call the plays tonight, Miller? Teach your coach some new routes?”“I’d be happy to, sir,” Matt grinned back.Bill Drake wrote HOT fuck stories without even writing about fucking. Sorely missed. -- source link
