There exists a prison within a tiny, hard-to-find pocket dimension known as the Inter-dimensional Prison Containment Levels (I.P.C.L) Hidden away from the law and heroes. This prison is designed to contain and keep anyone out-of-commission for as long as the hefty fee containment can be paid.For this prison there are levels of containment. 11 in total and each one ramping up on the level of bondage, security and “Distracting” stimulation which ensures the prisoners can’t form escape plans. This diagram focuses on the first and gentlest three levels: Zero, One and Two.All of these levels are considered “Minimum Containment” in the prison. Reserved for prisoners of threat levels nearing non-existent to very low.
