The Tale of Two Cities According to Stephi and Heiko - Part 338It has become a tradition over the years to honor the seasons. Stephi and myself know a lot of photographers that love the fall, or autumn, as the British like to call it. They don’t necessarily like it because of the falling temperatures and the rain but because of the richness of the colors. Mix the colors with the sun, because it’s now raining all the time (unless you live in Ireland). That makes for a great season for photographers. You will be able to see these wonderful colors in our respective cities as well. That is the case inside the city as Stephi shows in the first picture. It has been taken by the river Isar right in the middle of the city (and I hope that I am correct in my assessment). Of course you can see these colors at the city limits as well. That’s what you can see in the second picture, which has been taken at the outskirts of Cologne at Decksteiner Weiher. Both places are wonderful for walks on a sunny fall day and I strongly recommend taking a walk there, whatever the season.Do you like the fall? And if you do, for what reason? -- source link
