Megaman Production Art Scan of the Day #365:Inside the Chez Snoo-tay Restaurant Pan Production Sketch [#14 ~ Inside the Do-Re-Mi Restaurant]Notations include:- Various timing notes, as the pan scrolls from left to right (A -> B)And with this, I have officially posted a scan a day for one whole entire year!! So I decided to go with something bigger and some sort of fancy dress to mark the occasion. This pan is from Ep. 14 of the first season of EXE. Masa is about to give Enzan a whoopin’ for insulting Yai and Netto, before his beefy bodyguards escort Masa out. I’m quitting this and bringing you an all new account called Absolutely Always Akane Art, where I just post Akane images and Akane’s head on other character’s bodies every day! ;pIn all honesty, I need a little break. Work has been non-stop worse during the pandemic, and scanning, editing, touching up, weakly translating via an app and posting these do take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours out of my day, all the time. When you add the busy holiday season coming up, helping with Robot Rumpus Secret Santa, and believe it or not, this February being the 15th year for my Valentine’s Day fanart contest (and having literally no idea what to do for it yet), I know I need a little breather to get things done and not collapse. This has been a physically and mentally exhausting year.So, will I be posting these scans daily for the immediate future? Probably not. Will I still be posting something every week? Yes. You know me, I’m always still posting or reblogging something. That won’t change, and on my days off, it certainly is more manageable. It just won’t be 100% daily, for a little while. That said, I still want to finish off the last couple ninja-themed Ryuusei sheets from Tribe Ep. 14, so those will still be posted in the coming days. I still plan to keep the numbering system I’ve got going, to help me keep track of what I’ve posted a little easier. Eventually, I will get back to it daily. It’s not like I don’t have year’s worth of sheets to rescan. And technically speaking, I still have 3 months of Ryuusei sheets ready. So they will trickle in as I feel like posting. There are bigger items like these Season 1 production sketches, or the Archie inked pages, that I do want to scan and use for these daily posts eventually, too, and that will take some time to stitch together and get them ready for posting. Just wanted to explain, if you suddenly see a day in October when I have not posted a scan, that I didn’t forget, just want to chill for a little.
