As someone who has a chronically ill mother I knew exactly what everyone in this scene was going through. Sheriff Stilinski and that fear for your child and watching them suffer, of “not again” of “how can we afford it”. Scott and that worry for someone you love and that fear and that understanding of how scary this is for them but having to put on the brave face. AND STILES. OH MY GOD STILES. That fear. That your going to dIe and suffer just as much as your mom did. That your dad will have to face this all again. That you can’t afford to be sick. The fear of the unknown and what it might mean.
