So, this guy gets gut-shot, smothered almost to death, wakes up (alone) in even more pain than when he’d passed-out, kills two werewolves single-handedly, steals a truck, drives it to the Impala, (calls Dean but the call looses the connection because he’s in the ass-end of nowhere), drives his own ass to the hospital just in time to shoot the newly turned-werewolf who’s trying to kill his brother.
