solarpunkwobbly:renniequeer:Approximately two weeks after purchasing a $200 dehumidifier and notifying the landlord that the mold problem in our apartment has grown out of control, we were served papers informing us that our lease is not being renewed.We are currently exploring legal assistance, but we have to get out of here. The dehumidifier has worked a miracle, but the mold is still a very present concern, and even if the landlord was renewing our lease, we’d be in need of new housing.The problem is that we live in poverty!
