shianu:drunkenbruises:beyoncescock:THIS!!!Yeah but people weren’t really getting sick…I mean, I get it, i agree,But its important for humans to have an immune system and not rely entirely on man-made shit to fight illness.Think of like a rock climbers hands- they toughen up through exposure, and if they don’t get the chance to do so, if they don’t experience rough surfaces, its gonna suck trying to climb that wall with soft skin. But nobody is asking from a completely sanitized environment. A lot of deaths are preventable by doing simply things like put yourself in a mask when u r sick, ventilate places, and washing your hands. I agree that those 99% germs cleaning are a bad thing to use daily, it’s not a good idea put yourself in a bubble, but the other two things are good and should stay. It’s like when doctors start washing their hands before procedures that mortality of surgeries descent a LOT.Ignaz Semmelweis, the doctor who discovered the disease-fighting power of hand-washing in 1847Also this doesn’t take account people who already have a compromised immune system which it’s not gonna get strong by someone with flu coughing next to them, that’s most likely will kill them.Last thing it’s that virus and most bacterias and fungi depends on how many particles of them u are in contact to. So while being in contact with a small quantity (like the one u get for being outside or for taking the bus) it will make u stronger, being in contact with large quantities it will make u sick, more particles = more sick. (Quantities necessary for each organism and for each body vary!)In virus this is called viral charge, and it’s one of the thing we are seeing at large with covid, this is probably the reason why otherwise healthy people end up straight dying after a couple weeks, cause they were expose to a lot of virus particles. So i kinda leave for the branches but please keep using masks and washing your hands after all this goes aways. -- source link
