meandmybentley: Situated within a 17th century palace, the Rome apartment of sisters and superstar piano duo, Katia and Marielle Labèque, is a Baroque-led symphony of eras and eclectic refinement. Graced with the honour of reviving the apartment’s underlying grandeur was Italian architect Alessio Lipari in collaboration with renowned Belgian interior designer Axel Vervoordt. The bedroom pictured is a remarkable example of the cohesive merging of periods and styles, where original and antique features have been subtly revived or repurposed.
