I just started cutting out the fabric to make this coat. Well, not exactly this coat. This is an earlier sketch and the version I make will have different musicians painted on it. I think I will call it the deathfrock, that way I can call the overall style deathrococo. I don’t know how this project came about. I think I have spent too much time looking at pictures of trad goths and deathrockers and it has gotten mixed up with my ongoing 18th century clothing research.
