Haven’t personally used one, but seems great.I don’t even rinse in the shower! You can find an old jar, put it in and fill with cold water - the blood will come out and settle to the bottom in an hour or two (or a day whatever you like) then pour out, rinse the pad. I do add a little soap then, leave it for 10min, rinse and let dry. Then save it for washing at the end of my cycle. those disposable ones are plastic and gross.
